Abhijit Bhaduri

Abhijit Bhaduri works as the Chief Learning Officer for the Wipro Group. Prior to this role, he led HR teams at Microsoft, PepsiCo, Colgate and Tata Steel and worked in India, SE Asia and US. He is an adviser on research for SHRM and voted to be among the top ten HR influencers on Social Media by them. He has been interviewed for Wharton’s publication Knowledge@Wharton and writes frequently for The Economic Times, Times of India, The Hindu Business Line, magazines like People Matters, and for journals like Operational Research & Management Sciences Today, The Journal of National HRD Network etc.
