Adam Degnan

Adam Degnan is the Managing Director of Enware Australia Pty Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of high quality products in the Specialist Plumbing, Adaptable Living, Environmental, Health and Safety, Water Metering and Washroom Systems markets. 

Adam has held the position of Managing Director since 2012 and is also responsible for Enware’s interests in Asia, the Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.

Adam joined Enware as member of the production team and has traversed the business in increasingly responsible roles of Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager of Sales. He gained extensive operational experience over this period and has had a significant role in managing the commercial and strategic direction of the business.

Adam is natural leader and has a strong focus on achieving business excellence through the continuous development and improvement of people and processes.  Utilising his well developed leadership management skills and knowledge gained through the Collective Leadership Program with Presence at Work, he brings the language of collective leadership to the management team in their daily activities and has been instrumental in driving the concept deep into business, and towards the achievement of business objectives.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of NSW and has completed the MBA, Executive at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
