Adam R. Castellani

Adam Castellani is currently a Manager, Corporate & Colleague Communications, at Pfizer Inc – the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company based on sales – and has been with the company for 4 years. In his current role, Adam is responsible for managing several internal enterprise-wide communications initiatives and web sites, including the company’s first internal colleague message-board – as well as the development and implementation of Pfizer’s internal social media strategy. In addition, Adam is responsible for supporting Leadership Communications and Enterprise-wide events which includes the development of briefing materials for senior leaders as well as managing logistics and operations for several company-wide events.

Prior to joining Pfizer in 2006, Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington. While enrolled at Mary Washington, Adam worked as an intern at the Department of Treasury, Office of Public Affairs in 2004, and in 2005, at the White House, Office of Public Liaison.
