Adrienne has led Grainger’s Talent Analytics team since 2019. She is responsible for the Talent Analytics strategic roadmap, rapidly maturing the organization’s ability to utilize strategic measures and advanced analytics to address its most critical human capital challenges. Adrienne is especially interested in applying analytics to optimize decisions related to talent acquisition, talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has 14 years of experience in people analytics and workforce planning across consulting and multiple industries.
