Alexandra Drane

Co-founder and CEO
ARCHANGELS

Alexandra is co-founder and CEO of ARCHANGELS — a women-owned, omni-channel platform shamelessly hustling to make change happen for the 43% of adults across our nation serving as unpaid caregivers.  Alex co-founded Rebel Health (parent company to ARCHANGELS), Eliza Corporation (acquired by HMS Holdings Corp: HMSY, now Cotiviti), Engage with Grace, and three other companies (all boot-strapped). A serial entrepreneur, she is also a cashier-on-leave for Walmart.

A strong champion for the power of public-private partnerships, Alex sits on boards where she can help influence policy and advocacy efforts as well as working directly with states. Her board roles include the Joint Commission Resources Board of Directors, RAND Social and Economic Policy Advisory Board, Vice Chair of the Trustee Advisory Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and she is a founding member of the Board of Directors of C-TAC. She also serves on Harvard Medical School’s Executive Council of the Division of Sleep Medicine, the Board of Advisors for OpenNotes Lab, and the Entrepreneurs Council for The United States of Care. Past roles include seven years as a Governor-appointed member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors for Massachusetts Technology Collaborative. Efforts with states include Any Care Counts Campaigns currently active in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, with others in process.

Alex believes communities are the frontline of health, that caregivers are our country’s greatest asset, and that we need to expand the definition of health to include life.
