Alexandra Phillips has over ten years of experience in coaching, consulting, professional development, and public speaking. She has worked as a career coach with executives at many organizations, including, NBC, HBO, Lincoln Center, the New 42nd Street Inc., Bank Street College, CUNY, AlphaSights, Resolution Life, and the New York City Department of Education.
Alexandra works with leaders in organizations to help empower them to navigate the challenges of quick ascension in the workplace. She specializes in working with executives with an entrepreneurial flare to meet the challenges of maintaining business integrity while sustaining a financially abundant working model. A main focus of her work is to enhance her clients’ understanding of their emotional intelligence and their ability to positively impact their working environment.
Alexandra is a business consultant and professional development workshop leader. She has delivered hundreds of workshops and facilitated countless off-sites to high-level executives and educators. She has extensive experience in helping professionals to streamline their desires and achieve their goals.
Alexandra is the founder of Alexandra Phillips Consulting, a boutique coaching company that is dedicated to finding unique and innovative solutions to the dilemmas that face emerging leaders in the workplace.
Alexandra received her Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University and she is also a member of ICF (the International Coaching Federation). Alexandra graduated with honors from Brown University and has an MFA from the New School University. She has been a faculty member at Lincoln Center Education for over ten years.
