Amanda has over 20 years experience in HR and benefits management. She currently leads Health Care and Time Off programs for Salesforce in North America. Before joining Salesforce, Amanda held a number of HR leadership roles across multiple HR disciplines including global benefits, global mobility, HR operations, workforce planning and analytics, HRIS, and employee relations for companies including Visa, AMD, Lenovo and IBM. 

Amanda has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Masters in HR Management from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
