Amy Reichanadter serves as the Chief People Officer at Databricks and has more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing innovative, results-oriented people programs in high growth environments. At Databricks, Amy leads all of the company’s global HR programs including talent acquisition and management, total rewards, operations, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to joining Databricks, Amy served as the Chief People Officer at Adaptive Insights, a Workday company, for five years and was responsible for leading human resources worldwide. Preceding Adaptive Insights, Amy was the SVP, Human Resources at E2open for 8 years. Amy holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Palo Alto University, a masters in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University, and a bachelors in psychology from UCLA.
