With more than 20 years of experience in various roles in Employee Benefits, Ana Rodriguez has amassed a wealth of expertise. Ana has been an integral part of Disney for the last 9 years, initially focusing on health & welfare programs and operations, and for the past three years, leading strategy and operations for their DEI initiatives. Prior to her tenure at Disney, Ana held several roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, first as Sr. Analyst Benefits Contracting and progressing to Manager, H&W Vendor Relationship and Strategy & Design.
