Andrew Saidy is a Strategic HR leader with over 20 years of international experience spanning global multinationals and International Organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Andrew has a proven track record in spearheading HR organizations and transformations. His expertise encompasses Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development. Currently, he serves as the Head of Talent at Cigna International, where he leads the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, DEI, and ER organizations.

Prior to his role at Cigna, Andrew was the Global VP Talent at Ubisoft and Seagate, two prominent tech industry leaders. He also led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, integrating digitization, AI, and Machine Learning into Schneider’s HR ecosystem, impacting the company’s 150,000 employees.

Based in Hong Kong, Andrew is also an active member of the HR community, serving on the advisory boards of HR tech organizations and global HR conferences/events. In his free time, he loves to travel and explore the world – having already been to 140+ countries.
