Anna Lena Fritzsche

As an Organization Development & People Analytics manager, Anna Lena provides consulting expertise to HR and business leaders at Merck - a leader in science in technology, headquartered in Germany, with more than 53.000 employees in 67 countries. Prior to that, she was driving the technology implementation of a cloud-based People Analytics technology at Merck.  Anna Lena holds a Master’s degree in English Philology and Romance Philology from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt.
