Anne Davis Gotte is the Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at Mondelez International, Inc., one of the world's largest snacks companies, empowering people to snack right in over 150 countries. She brings more than 20 years of experience building and enabling agile organizations, high performing teams, and stronger leaders across multiple industries and at a global scale. A deep expert in HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, change management and organizational effectiveness, Anne is known for bringing business-grounded, insight-driven and deeply practical solutions to her clients.

Prior to her current role at Mondelez International, Anne held leadership positions at General Mills, Ecolab, and Bumble, Inc. 

Anne holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She remains active in her professional community with advising, speaking engagements and non-profit board leadership.
