Since October of 2022, Asa is responsible for the design, developing and delivery of USAA’s benefit program. In addition, Asa is responsible for the compensation plan management, evaluation of the compensation program and market analysis of compensation and benefit programs.  He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.  He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation by the CFA Institute.
