Bernard Sharfman

Bernard Sharfman is an associate fellow of the R Street Institute, chair of the Advisory Council of the Main Street Investors Coalition, a member of the Journal of Corporation Law’s editorial advisory board, a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a former Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Spring 2013 and 2014).  He has also been an adjunct Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School and American University’s Washington College of Law and an adjunct Professor of Business Law at the George Washington University School of Business and the George Mason University School of Business. His article A Private Ordering Defense of a Company's Right to Use Dual Class Share Structures in IPOs is available here.
