Former Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer
American Airlines

Beverly Goulet was the Executive Vice President and Chief Integrated Officer of and CIO of American Airlines until June 2017.  In that role, she was responsible for leading American's merger transition and integration efforts. 

In her prior role as chief restructuring officer, which she assumed in late 2011, she led American’s Chapter 11 restructuring and was heavily involved in the analysis and negotiation of American’s merger with US Airways.

Beverly joined American in 1993 as Associate General Counsel for Corporate Finance. She was appointed Managing Director – Corporate Development in 1999, and Vice President – Corporate Development and Treasurer in 2002. In that role she oversaw equity and debt capital markets activities and American’s corporate development initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments. 

Prior to joining American, Beverly practiced corporate and securities law in Dallas for 13 years.

She also serves on the Boards of Directors of Rolls-Royce plc, Xenia Hotels & Resorts and the American Airlines Federal Credit Union in addition to being a part of the Advisory Board of Answer ALS and the Finance Committee of the Cristo Rey School of Dallas. 

Beverly received her BA and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Michigan.
