Bianca is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for FedEx Express covering the APAC region, and is a member of the executive committee to implement FedEx’s business strategies in the region. She leads a team of over 300 human resources professionals and oversees strategic HR planning for FedEx Express in the region, HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, performance & total rewards, diversity, equity & inclusion, health safety & environment, HR service delivery as well as leadership and workforce competence development.

Prior to rejoining FedEx in 2022, Bianca was the Global Head of Reward at Hilti Group, based in Schaan, Liechtenstein. In that role, she successfully implemented a new set of global reward principle, and rolled out global guidance on sales compensation plan design. She joined Hilti Asia Limited as Regional Head of Rewards for North Asia as part of the leadership to implement the region’s growth strategy and culture transformation, and oversaw full spectrum of HR agenda.

Before Hilti, Bianca was the Group HR and Corporate Communications Director at Jebsen, leading the related strategy and programs across all Business Units. She started her corporate human resource career at FedEx Express Asia Pacific, and developed through various roles from compensation & benefits to HR information system, with last position as Managing Director, HR Services for North Asia, based in Tokyo, Japan.

She holds a Master of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pennsylvania. She regularly performs with a Hong Kong-based acapella group, Brio Singers.
