Brad L. Shipston is the Americas Head of Leadership and Professional development at HSBC.  With nearly 20 years of dedicated service to HSBC, he has demonstrated expertise in learning and talent development, learning systems and technology, as well as program management.  Brad holds a Master’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.
