Breanna Radtke is the Assistant Administrator for Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council, a Taft-Hartley Fund in the Chicagoland area.  She has over 20 years of experience in developing and administering health and wellness programs for a variety of industries.

Before MACRC, she was the Manager of Wellness and Retirement at Methodist Bonheur Hospital in Memphis, TN, and consulted Taft-Hartley funds all over the Midwest for nearly a decade.

Breanna eagerly shares her vast knowledge in the community and across industries.  She was featured on PBS affiliate WKNO where she discussed the important topic of Mindfulness in the Workplace.  She also spoke at the Mid-South Compensation Association and the Health Care Seminar discussing holistic approaches to wellness.

 

Breanna received her undergraduate degree from York College of Pennsylvania, her master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay, and a master’s degree in Health Care Leadership from Western Governors University.

 

Originally, from Minnesota, Breanna has lived in 12 states before returning to Chicago in 2021.

In her spare time, she enjoys running in 5Ks, traveling, serving as a volunteer in her community, and spending time with her husband Bryan, and their three children.
