Bridget is a WebMD Senior Director, Strategic Accounts Market Lead. She is responsible for a team of Client Success Directors and Managers who partner with our clients to lead their wellbeing programs to impact their employees to improve their health and wellbeing.

Prior to joining WebMD in 2024, Bridget was with Aon, as a Senior Vice President on the U.S. Health Transformation Team for 12 years. In this role she was responsible for leading wellbeing consulting projects, including discovery, development and execution of strategy and measurement plans. Her experience crossed all industries and sizes. Previous roles included Director of the Client Service Team at StayWell Health Management (now WebMD). Her experience at StayWell included leading the team responsible for delivery and implementation of StayWell’s programs and services. She was also responsible for development, enhancement and review of internal processes and systems used to deliver products and services. Bridget established and fostered an internal bridge between Product Development, Information Technology and Client Service by effective collaboration, consulting and communication. She contributed to the product development team and influenced the product roadmap by clearly articulating the client’s needs as well as global product enhancements that will support the industry’s future directions. Prior to this role, Bridget was a Healthcare Consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and previously she held the Sr. Program Manager role at StayWell. She started her career by delivering programs directly to employees as a Wellness Specialist with Honeywell’s wellness program and at the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire’s wellness program.

Personally, Bridget lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with her family including her husband, four daughters and, Ernie, her black lab. She enjoys playing pickleball, walking and reading when not being a spectator at volleyball, hockey or softball games.

Bridget earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Corporate Exercise Management from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
