Brooke Bartholomay Quinn is the Chief Operating Officer at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility, family-building, and lifelong hormonal healthcare platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. As COO, Brooke oversees business operations, including customer and member experience operations, global operations, people operations, and clinical solutions. Prior to her role as COO, Brooke was the Chief Customer Officer.

Since joining the executive team in 2021, Brooke’s leadership and expertise have been a catalyst in driving Carrot’s growth and success. She has played a pivotal role in bringing expanded Carrot services, including menopause, low testosterone, and leading pregnancy support, to all Carrot customers, improving access to this life-changing care for millions worldwide. Throughout this growth, Brooke also maintained a sharp focus on operational performance, consistently delivering 95% CSAT scores indicating near-unanimous satisfaction among Carrot members, as well as near 100% customer retention.

Brooke is a trusted advisor and strategic leader with deep expertise in operational management, customer success and retention, and sales strategy and execution. Prior to joining Carrot, Brooke was Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Customer Success at DHI Group, Inc., a leading provider of data, insights, and employment connections that serves multiple markets globally. She has also led executive sales, operations, and customer success roles at Businessolver and ExcellerateHRO, both benefits administration technology companies.

Brooke is a passionate champion of women, leadership, and equitable healthcare access. As the current Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, she is active in promoting female leadership and ongoing fundraising efforts in support of the mission. Most recently, Brooke was appointed to the board of the American Heart Association. Brooke’s passion for access to and support for cardiovascular health is personal and longstanding. She is extremely excited to support the association’s focus on the intersection of maternal and cardiovascular health over the coming years.
