Bryan Jendretzke is Dow’s Global Benefits director and sits in Dow’s HR Centers of Expertise. He is responsible for developing Dow’s benefits strategy within the company’s overall Total Rewards philosophy and ensuring that the design of the company’s offerings fit within the strategic framework. He works with other Center of Expertise members, HR Solutions and company leaders to ensure our Benefits help drive Dow’s people and health strategies. Bryan is currently co-developing Dow’s health ambition for the next decade with Dow's occupational health team. Recent projects have included leading the benefits component of the company’s Total Rewards assessment project and developed and began implementing the company’s overall wellbeing strategy. He has held a variety of roles within the benefits space at Dow including leading the operational aspects of Dow’s plans globally and supporting MA&D strategy and negotiation. He also serves on several of Dow’s retirement boards, including Dow’s 401(k) Investment Committee. Bryan started his career with Watson Wyatt in the United States where he held various consulting and analyst positions related to benefits including actuarial valuations under US and other GAAP. While with Watson Wyatt, Bryan worked for several years in the company’s Munich office. He has also had global responsibility for benefit programs at Visteon, a Tier 1 auto supplier. He joined Dow in 2010. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and Economics from Eastern Michigan University.
