Carolyn Gordon is Director Benefits, Human Resources for FUJIFILM Holding America Corporation (HLUS). Carolyn has been with Fujifilm for 25 years and has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for all the Benefits for Fujifilm in the United States.  

She has held progressively responsible HR positions at several divisions within Fujifilm during her tenure.  Most recently, she has been involved in the development of Fujifilm’s Shared Services function, multiple Mergers and Acquisitions and developing a state-of-the-art benefits program for Fujifilm employees throughout the U.S. 

Carolyn is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a BA in Psychology and Mercy College with a Masters in Human Resource Management.  She is an active member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits.
