Carrie DeClark has served as Director of Benefits at Schneider since 2022.  She is accountable for developing strategy, executing operating plans, and providing leadership for the enterprise benefits and leave administration functions.  Focusing priorities on the organization's long-term strategy representing $150 million in annual spend, high quality and value benefits, and creating an organizational culture through communications. She has been with the organization over the past 15 years, previously spending the prior 7 years within the Risk Management Department. Carrie graduated from St. Norbert College with her B.A. in Business Administration and a Major in Accounting.
