Caspar Luyten

Caspar has been at Telefónica for over 10 years. He has exercised management responsibilities in various parts of the Company, specifically in Sales, ICT Consulting, Project Delivery and General Management functions. Early 2011, Caspar was appointed Chief Regional Officer for Asia, based in Beijing. Before that he was responsible for Italy, where he safeguarded TEF’s interest in Telecom Italia, as well as set up and managed an industrial partnership program that delivered €1.3Bn in cash synergies to both companies during the 2008-2010 timespan. Before joining Telefónica, he worked for Microsoft, BT and Roland Berger & Partners in different countries across Europe. He holds a BBA degree from Nyenrode University and an MBA degree from IESE.
