Dana Erdfarb is the Americas Head of Benefits at Morgan Stanley. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy development, program design, vendor evaluation, operational administration and financial management of Morgan Stanley’s health and insurance benefits and work/life resources.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, Dana was a Health and Benefits Consultant at Willis Towers Watson.  Dana graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and completed her MBA at Fordham University. She resides in Westchester, NY with her husband and 3 children.
