Dawn has been the Vice President, Benefits for Hyatt since 2013 with responsibility for the strategy, design, and execution of Hyatt’s global benefit programs. She joined Hyatt in 1993 and has held various positions within the Benefits and Compensation functions. Dawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago. She is passionate about enhancing health care accessibility and affordability and uncovering ways to break down the financial, emotional, and physical barriers that prevent individuals from being their best selves and recognizing their true potential.
