Deb Gorhan is a Sustainability Culture & Engagement Director at Johnson & Johnson, the world’s largest and most broadly based healthcare company. She is responsible for leading employee engagement with a focus on sustainability. She collaborates with cross functional partners to influence the employee experience and builds sustainability focused learning opportunities aligned to J&J’s climate goals and ambitions. Ms. Gorhan has been working in the fields of employee health & well-being, safety, and sustainability for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Penn State, and her Master of Science in Health Promotion from Springfield College. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Center for Active Design.
