Deborah Holmes

Deborah established and leads the Americas Corporate Responsibility (CR) function at Ernst & Young LLP. Working to increase the firm’s social impact, the CR team has a particular focus on supporting entrepreneurs, education and equity in the workforce. Ms. Holmes joined Ernst & Young in 1996 to direct the firm’s development and advancement of women, work that was featured in Fast Company and Business Week publications and led to Ms. Holmes being named a World Economic Forum Global Leader for Tomorrow. Ms. Holmes earned her B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University. She lives in New York City with her college sweetheart and the younger of her two sons (the elder is a college junior).
