Debra Tierney has been with IDEXX 25 years in a variety of human resources roles. Her primary focus has been benefits and she has held positions as a Benefits Analyst, Manager of US Benefits, and currently Senior Manager of North America Benefits. In this role her focus is ensuring employees and their families have access to healthcare that allows them to live their healthiest lives, to offer benefits that help IDEXX attract and retain top talent, and to explore innovative solutions in the healthcare space. Debra has a B.A. from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, an M.S. from the University of Vermont, and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
