Diana Witkowski-Grubard is the Director of Benefits Operations in Human Resources at Northwell Health. In her current role she is responsible for the Physician & Executive Concierge Service and along with the Retirement Benefits team. With more than 15 years of Human Resources experience, Diana has a passion for developing new project and initiatives, as well as collaborating on various initiatives across all HR platforms. She is an outside of the box thinker and thrives in an environment that develops innovative strategies that enhance the employee experience, making a positive contribution on every program she is involved with, especial financial wellbeing programs. Diana graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Pace University and would later complete a Masters of Science Degree in HR from NYIT.
