Driscoll Nina

Driscoll "Deke" Nina has 30 years of intellectual property legal experience that includes 20 years as Chief IP Counsel for the Swiss tech company TE Connectivity, which was listed as a Clarivate Analytics Top 100 Global Innovator.

Career highlights include: building, developing, and managing a diverse and global team of IP professionals located in offices around the world; IP management, protection, and strategy; M&A; and global dispute resolution.Deke also served as EMEA Regional GC. Prior to his legal career, Deke was trained as a tool and die maker and then served as an Engineer and VP of Manufacturing in high precision metal working industries.

Deke holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
