Elina Onitskansky is the founder & CEO of Ilant Health, a value-based center of excellence for obesity and cardiometabolic health.  Elina is a healthcare executive dedicated to enhancing access, affordability, and equity in healthcare.  She has 20 years experience in healthcare across both health plans and providers as well as consulting and investing experience.  She was previously Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy at Molina an Associate Partner and col-leader of the Commercial Service Line within McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems and Services Practice.  Elina’s lived experience with obesity led her to found Ilant to work with employers and health plans to deliver evidence-based and high-value care to individuals living with obesity.  Elina has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics magna cum laude from Harvard College.
