Emily O’Loughlin is a Partner at McKinsey in the M&A Practice. She has worked extensively with clients along all phases of a merger and across multiple industries including financial institutions, advanced industries, aerospace & defense, global energy and mining, pharma, healthcare, consumer and technology. Emily has experience working with clients on merger integration strategy and has extensive experience leading culture, change management, org & people topics and M&A capability building. Prior to McKinsey, Emily worked in M&A and finance as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan and as a venture capitalist focused on technology and healthcare. Emily is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Stanford University where she studied Public Policy and International Business.
