Erika Kurtz is a seasoned HR professional, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Benefits for Comcast NBCUniversal, where she oversees the company’s healthcare advocacy and navigation platform, clinic operations, expert medical opinion service, and telehealth strategy, among other responsibilities. Previously, Erika was Senior Director of International Benefit Operations, leading a team responsible for implementation and harmonization of medical and retirement plans across more than 30 countries outside the U.S. Before that she worked with Comcast’s Talent Operations team, designing and overseeing systems that enhanced the talent acquisition experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Prior to joining Comcast NBCUniversal in 2010, Erika served in various recruiting, operations, and business development roles in the U.S. and abroad. Erika is passionate about ensuring the wellbeing of employees and their families and she brings a comprehensive understanding of the intricate landscape of benefits management on a global scale. Erika holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is based in the Chapel Hill area with her family. She is also an ardent fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
