She spent over 10 years in the healthcare and strategy practices at Bain & Company, advising healthcare organizations across sectors, including drug manufacturers, services, and providers. She was also the GM of Fertility at Alto Pharmacy, leading that business to national leadership through innovation in patient care and strategic partnerships. Frances holds a degree in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School.
