Since 2007, Frank has led the Google Compensation team, which is recognized for its leading compensation designs and approaches. He has driven the adoption and implementation of its compensation structure based on principles, competitive data, employee research, and conjoint studies. As a thought leader in the field, he has championed change design changes inside the company as well as with his industry colleagues. He regularly hosts compensation themed video conferences with managers and is a frequently called up on the answer compensation related questions at Company-wide all-hands (“TGIF”) meetings. 

Prior to Google, Frank was a partner at Hewitt Associates, and consulted with clients regarding compensation for all levels of employees up through executive leadership, working regularly with Board Compensation Committees. He developed compensation strategies for 50+ companies, including salary approaches, short- and long-term incentive designs, conducted competitive studies, and provided merger & acquisitions advice/support. 

Frank has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, with Highest Honors, and a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

He is a long-time member of the World at Work and is Certified Compensation Professional. He has been a member of The Conference Board’s Compensation Council since 2008.
