Fred Arcuri is the Manager of Community Development at Corning, Incorporated’s Community Engagement office. Prior to coming to Corning three years ago, Fred spent the previous 15 years in economic and community development, the first three in public service, while at the CIty of Utica, New York, and the final twelve at Mohawk Valley EDGE - a regional economic development agency headquartered in Rome, New York.

Fred is registered to practice law in the State of New York, and is a graduate of Villanova Law School, and before that, the University of Vermont.
