Gregory Doane is a Health & Benefits consultant at WTW and has been with WTW for the past 16 years in various roles. Currently Gregory oversees the management and coordination of benefit initiatives on behalf of his large employer clients.  He has extensive experience in many areas of employee health and welfare benefits, including health care strategy, design, financial analysis, and compliance as well as vendor procurement and management. In his broader benefits consulting role, Gregory works with complex organizations to improve employee wellness and workforce productivity through financial wellbeing strategy and program implementation.  He is a national subject matter expert on WTW’s Financial Resilience team and contributes to intellectual capital development with a focus on the rapidly evolving financial wellbeing solutions in the market
