Irene Sobol

Irene Sobol is a Director, Member Engagement. She joined The Conference Board in 2012 and has been working closely with Members to deliver trusted business insights and a white-glove member experience.

Prior to joining the Member Engagement team, Irene led Research Working Groups at The Conference Board covering topics such as “Future of Work” and "Integrating Sustainability into your Core Business.”

She brings over 20 years of international experience in strategic communications, marketing, social media strategy, and sustainability.

Irene holds a B.A. in Marketing Management and Organizational Behavior from Baruch College, CUNY, and an International Organizations MBA from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
