Jack Stahl is the former President & Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company and CEO & President of Revlon. Jack has an outstanding record of successful business, board, and organizational leadership. He is Co-Founder of CNEXT, a venture dedicated to Leaders Advancing Leaders, and serves on and leads several boards. Jack is a Leadership Advisor & Coach to many CEOs and senior executives.

Jack joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1979, where he later became the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Then, after successfully leading the company’s businesses in North America and Latin America, he served as President & Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. Jack then became CEO & President of Revlon in 2002 and led the company through a five-year period of where its market share and profitability were significantly strengthened.

Jack is Co-Founder of CNEXT which connects senior corporate executives and director/senior director level leaders (our Members) to a high impact, diverse group of industry peers and the most respected former CEOs - all to increase Member leadership capabilities and results, and to help shape the future of company and boardroom leadership (https://www.c-next.com).

Jack is Chairman of the Board at UNFI (United Natural Foods) and serves on the board of Catalent (a leading developer and manufacturer of pharmaceutical products). He serves as an executive coach to senior corporate leaders. Jack is a Senior Advisor to CVC Capital Partners. Jack previously served on the boards of New Avon (as Chairman), Ahold Delhaize, Saks, Coty, Schering-Plough, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Advantage Solutions, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Amatil, Coca-Cola FEMSA.

Jack serves on the board of The Boys & Girls Clubs of America (and is past Chairman) and previously was Chairman of UNCF(The United Negro College Fund).

Jack has written a book, “Lessons on Leadership:The 7 Fundamental Management Skills for Leaders at All Levels”, which was published in July, 2007.
