Janna is an experienced benefits professional having over thirty years of experience in employee benefits and risk management.  Janna’s career as a benefits consultant took her overseas for fifteen years before moving back to the United States and starting work for Lenovo in 2018.   She has worked with several hi-tech and Fortune 500 companies:   Marsh McClennan, Concentrix, Ciena, GE Commercial Aviation Services, Activision Blizzard and Bumble.

As Senior Manager of Global Benefits with Lenovo, Janna is a part of the Global Benefits team serving as their global project manager. As such, she works with Regional Benefit Leaders to recommend and execute on global strategy. Janna owns and directs all global programmes at Lenovo, chiefly Global Well-being and Business Travel Accident.
