Responsibilities:

Ms. Walsh is responsible for overall leadership in the design, development and success of BSC’s competitive and innovative US Benefit programs. She partners closely with Senior Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to translate business strategy into meaningful programs that meet the organization's needs and investment in its talent. She is Secretary of the BSC Employee Benefits Committee and participates in multiple Employee Resource Groups.

BSC Experience:   

Ms. Walsh started with Boston Scientific in 2007. She has held several roles of increasing responsibility and moved into her current roll in October 2023. She possesses a deep understanding of the complex landscape of healthcare, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee benefits, allowing her to work with key stakeholder to develop tailored solutions that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Prior Experience:   

Ms. Walsh previously spent 17 years with an IT consulting organization, where her last role was leading HR Administration for North America. She had previously worked in the Building Services industry.

Degree(s)/Schools Attended:

Ms. Walsh is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where she graduated with a Human Resources Management degree and minor in psychology.  She is a member of the Employee Healthcare Conference Board.

Hobbies/Interests: 

Volunteer and advocate for charitable organizations focused on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.  Enjoys playing pickle ball, travel, and spending time with her friends and family.
