Jeannine leads a team responsible for US health and welfare and retirement programs, including benefit communications and compliance.  She has been with AbbVie (formerly Abbott) for 13 years, where she has enhanced parental leave and surrogacy benefits, introduced paid caregiver leave, and led large-scale M&A integrations.  She has over 20 years of experience in benefits, retirement, well-being, and financial and data management.  Prior to joining AbbVie, she worked for GKN (automotive/aerospace supplier) as Supervisor of Rewards Systems and Financial Reporting.

She earned her bachelor's degree in human resources from Michigan State University.  Jeannine and her husband are kept busy with three young children.  She also volunteers her time by serving as Treasurer for the children’s nursery school.
