Jennifer Courville, National VP of Business Development, leads the Business Development team at WIN. Working collaboratively with health plans, consultants, and employer groups, she aims to enhance family-building and family wellbeing benefits for a diverse workforce. Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in the family-building space, having worked directly with clinics, laboratories, donor agencies, and more, before joining WIN in 2018. Additionally, she has accumulated more than two decades of experience in customer and client services with Delta Airlines. Fulfilling a long-time goal, Jennifer served as an Adjunct Professor at The Citadel, teaching the nuances of Consumer Behavior to senior cadets starting in 2017.
