Jessica began her career at Penske in 2005 in the Training Department. Over the years, she has held various roles within Human Resources including Corporate HR Manager, Area HR Manager – Mid-Atlantic, Director – Compensation and most recently Vice President – Total Rewards.

In her current role, she is responsible for leading the total rewards team and partnering with teams across HR and the business to make certain our benefits and compensation programs are aligned to Penske’s strategic objectives. This includes ensuring that our pay and benefits are competitive within the marketplace, comply with various federal and state laws, and motivate and reward the right associate behaviors.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mansfield University and her master’s degree in human resource development from Villanova University. She has earned the HRCI certification as a Professional in Human Resources designation (PHR) as well as the SHRM-CP designation. Most recently, she earned her certification in compensation (CCP) through the World at Work organization.
