Jie Zhang serves as a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing compensation and benefits strategies for the entire organization. Jie has been a practitioner in Total Rewards throughout his career, mostly in the banking and investment industries. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he was Senior Vice President, Head of Compensation and Benefits at First Eagle Investments, and prior to that, Senior Managing Director, Head of Compensation at Nuveen. For the majority of his career, Jie worked at Goldman Sachs, where he specialized in compensation for over 16 years. Jie graduated from Zhejiang University with a BA in English. He also has an MA in English from SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from Baruch College. Jie lives in New Jersey and enjoys playing crosswords against his wife and his daughter with occasional wins.
