Jim is the Director of Global Benefits at Intuit and has served in his current role since 2022. Jim is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the execution of Intuit’s global benefits programs, including health and welfare, time away, retirement, and wellness plans. He also is a key partner in the development of the firm's rewards strategies that attract, engage, and retain the breadth and depth of talent needed to execute and innovate against Intuit's "Big Bets" and global growth plans. Prior to Intuit, Jim held similar strategic health, welfare, and productivity program leadership positions at Matrix Medical Network, Amazon, Aon/Aon Hewit, the Business Group, Sedgwick, and Ascension Health. Overall, programs that Jim has designed, implemented and/or led have won acclaim and recognition by the Compensation and Benefits Review Journal, Risk and Insurance, Business Insurance, HR Executive, the Integrated Benefits Institute, the Disability Management Employers Coalition and OSHA. Jim also is a recipient of The Business Group’s Health Achievement Award and Aon’s Chairman Circle Award.
