Joe Davolio is the co-founder and co-CEO of PayStandards, a software firm that helps companies manage pay equity and transparency independently, efficiently, and sustainably. Prior to PayStandards, Joe was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised technology companies on M&A and financing, across $100B+ of transactions. Previously, he worked at The White House in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the United States. He also built an enterprise software FinTech company, while at Cornell University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
