Prior to his tenure at FactSet, John served as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Affinion Group. During his six-year tenure, he designed and managed global reward systems for a diverse workforce spanning 20 countries. His career portfolio also includes notable senior HR roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Sony Computer Entertainment America, and American Express. In these roles, John was instrumental in aligning compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives with overarching business objectives.

John earned his MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New York University.
