John Gates

John Gates is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center at The Conference Board.  He is the founder of Recruiting Transformations LLC which specializes in helping manufacturing and service companies to optimize their talent acquisition process, select the right technology, recruit faster, spend less, and select higher quality employees.  Prior to founding Recruiting Transformations in 2016, John spent 20+ years building talent acquisition functions for multiple global Fortune 500 companies including Capital One, Peabody Energy, and Marathon Oil. He received BS degrees in finance and management from the University of Oregon.
